What Our Table Games Lobby Actually Carries

The Table Games Lobby on 1malaysia pulls together live-dealer tables streamed by Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live alongside RNG table variants you can run at your own pace. Live Baccarat is the headline title — multiple speed and limit rooms run at once so you are never waiting for a seat. Dragon Tiger sits beside it for faster rounds, and Sic Bo

covers the dice angle. Blackjack rooms from Evolution let you choose a seat rather than a side-bet position. RTP information is displayed only where the game provider exposes it, so check each title's paytable directly inside the lobby.

HOW WE RUN TABLES

Fair Play and Studio Accountability in Our Table Lobby

Every live table in the lobby streams from certified studios. We do not host our own dealing floor — Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live run the streams, and their tables carry independent RNG and deal-integrity audits that the providers publish. That means the shuffle, the deal and the payout calculation happen inside the provider's certified environment, not on our servers. RTP figures are shown only where the studio exposes them in the game interface — we do not overlay invented percentages.

Evolution Tables

Evolution's live baccarat, roulette and blackjack rooms are streamed from their own audited studios. Round results are logged on Evolution's side and accessible for dispute resolution on request.

Pragmatic Play Live

Pragmatic Play Live supplies additional baccarat and Dragon Tiger rooms. Their tables use certified card-shuffling equipment and publish RTP data inside the game interface where available.

RNG Table Variants

RNG versions of Blackjack, Roulette and Sic Bo in our lobby use random-number generators independently certified by the game studios. No live dealer is involved — outcomes are determined pre-deal.

Account Security at the Table

Your account session is protected by SSL encryption throughout a live table session. If your session drops, the round result is still recorded on the provider's server and reconciled to your balance.

TABLE HELP CHANNELS

Get Help While You're at the Table

If a live table disconnects mid-round or your account balance does not refresh after a settled hand, our support channels are there to sort it. Raise the issue through live chat, give your account ID and the table name, and the team can pull the round result from the game provider's log. Account and table queries are handled separately from general wallet questions — go straight to the table-specific option in the chat menu.

Team online

Live Chat

Open the chat widget from inside the Table Games Lobby page. Quote your account ID and the exact table name — for example, Live Baccarat Speed Room — so the team can locate the round log quickly.

Account Verification Help

If a table win is pending and your account needs KYC clearance first, the verification form is in your account settings. Submit your ID document and the team reviews it before releasing the balance.

Game Round Dispute

A disconnected round on a live table is logged server-side by Evolution or Pragmatic Play Live. Contact us with the date, time and table name and we retrieve the result from the provider record.

Table Games Terms Explained in Plain English

New to the table lobby or just need a quick refresh? These are the terms you will see inside live and RNG table games on 1malaysia — each one defined simply so you know exactly what it means before you sit down.

What does 'RTP' mean on a table game?

RTP stands for Return to Player — the percentage of all wagers a game returns over many rounds. On our tables, RTP is shown only where the studio publishes it inside the game interface.

What is a 'natural' in Baccarat?

A natural is when the Player or Banker hand totals eight or nine on the first two cards. No further cards are drawn, and the higher natural wins the round immediately.

What does 'Dragon Tiger' mean as a game format?

Dragon Tiger is a two-card table game where one card is dealt to Dragon and one to Tiger. You bet on which side holds the higher card — no drawing mechanic, very fast rounds.

What is a 'side bet' in a live table game?

A side bet is a wager placed alongside your main table bet, covering specific outcomes such as a Perfect Pair in Baccarat. Side bets typically carry different odds than the main wager.

What does 'RNG' stand for in table games?

RNG means Random Number Generator — software that determines card or dice outcomes without a live dealer. RNG table games are certified by the studio to confirm fair randomness.

What is 'KYC' and when does it apply to a table game win?

KYC stands for Know Your Customer — the account identity check required before a withdrawal is processed. A live table win is credited to your account balance; KYC is verified before funds are released.
